This food is especially suitable for small breed puppies. SPECIFIC™ CPD-S Puppy Small Breed is an excellent food for puppies from weaning (5-6 weeks) until they reach 80% of their adult weight. From that point on, the puppy can be gradually introduced to SPECIFIC™ CXD-S Adult Small Breed or SPECIFIC™ CXW Adult All Breeds.
During pregnancy and lactation, the energy and nutrient needs of the bitch increase. Therefore, CPD-S Puppy Small Breed is suitable for pregnant and lactating bitches of all breeds.
It is important to carefully monitor the puppy's growth and not overfeed it.
Energy and nutrient needs may increase during recovery from surgery, trauma or anorexia. SPECIFIC™ CPD-S Puppy Small Breed is very suitable for feeding during periods when energy needs are high.

*Adult dog weight
For pregnant and lactating bitches (< 10 KG), grams per day.
Energy requirements during lactation depend on the number of puppies. If a bitch has 2, 4 or 8 puppies, energy requirements increase by 1.5, 2 and 3 times compared to the needs of a normal adult dog.
Individual daily needs of a dog may vary depending on breed, environment, season, physical activity and other similar factors. Therefore, it is recommended to constantly monitor the dog's condition and weight, and adjust the amount of food accordingly.
