Return conditions:
1. The Buyer does not have the right to withdraw from the purchase and sale agreement and return the following goods to the Seller:
1.1. Pharmaceutical products;
1.2. High-quality food products, including food supplements and vitamins;
1.3. High-quality cosmetics (shampoos and other care products), toiletries;
1.4. High-quality goods that the Buyer has used, damaged, damaged their packaging or due to other actions taken by the Buyer, the goods have lost their commercial appearance, as well as incomplete goods (for example, specific parts of the goods are lost, there is no instruction manual or warranty booklet, if it was issued, etc.);
1.5. Other goods that the Seller has the right to refuse to accept in accordance with applicable legal acts.
2. Goods are considered to be of poor quality if the expiry date of the goods has expired, the goods contain ingredients prohibited by law, the consistency or other essential characteristics of the goods have changed due to improper storage conditions prior to the transfer of the goods to the Buyer, the goods are mechanically damaged, their packaging is damaged or there are other quality defects in the goods.
3. The Buyer has the right to return to the Seller the goods ordered or purchased in the online store that are not specified in clause 1.1 of the Rules, by withdrawing from the concluded contract of sale of goods in respect of all or part of the goods in the order. In order to exercise this right, the Buyer must:
3.1. Not later than within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of transfer of the goods to the Buyer, inform the Seller about the withdrawal from the contract by submitting a free-form signed application to the Administrator's email address info@animalmedic.lt, which sets out the Buyer's decision to withdraw from the contract; and
3.2. No later than 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of notification of the Seller about the withdrawal from the contract, as provided for in clause 3.1 of the Rules, transfer the goods to the Seller together with the purchase document of the goods (copy of the payment order and/or VAT invoice) and other related documents (for example, warranty maintenance booklet), if applicable, in the manner provided for in clause 7 of these Rules.
3.3. The foreign buyer sends the goods back at his own expense, except in cases where the reason for the return is a defective product or incorrect delivery.
3.4. Terms of return shipping:
3.4.1 We recommend that foreign buyers use a tracked shipping method.
3.4.2 The Seller is not responsible for returned goods lost or damaged during shipping.
3.5. Returns from EU countries:
3.5.1. The EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) provides for a 14-day right of withdrawal without reason.
3.6. Returns from third countries (e.g. USA, Canada, UK):
3.6.1. The Buyer must provide all necessary documents and cover customs and shipping fees (if applicable).
3.6.2. The Seller does not reimburse additional international fees paid for the product (customs, VAT, etc.).
4. Returned or exchanged quality goods must be undamaged, not have lost their commercial appearance (labels not removed or damaged, protective films not torn, etc.) and cannot be used. The product must be returned in its original packaging, in the same configuration as it was received by the Buyer, necessarily presenting the purchase document, warranty card (if issued), instructions for use and other accessories of the product. If the goods are not complete, are damaged, untidy or not properly packaged, the Seller has the right not to accept the goods, not to exchange them and not to refund the money paid for the goods by the Buyer.
5. The right provided for in paragraph 3 of these Rules may be exercised only by the Buyer who, according to legal acts, is considered a consumer, i.e. a natural person who declares his will to purchase, buys and uses the goods for personal, family, household needs, not related to business or profession.
6. Goods of inadequate quality shall be exchanged or returned in accordance with these Rules and the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania in force at the time of purchase of the goods or the consumer protection law norms of the country to which the goods were delivered, if they are mandatory.
7. The Goods may be transferred (returned) to the Seller:
7.1. If the Buyer collected the goods at a veterinary pharmacy, the goods shall be returned at the same veterinary pharmacy;
7.2. If the goods were delivered to the Buyer by a courier service, the terms of returning the goods are agreed individually, by the Buyer contacting the Administrator at the email address info@animalmedic.lt or by phone +370 619 28800.
7.3. Return address and contacts:
7.3.1. In all cases, before sending the goods back, it is necessary to contact us by email info@animalmedic.lt or by phone +370 619 28800 for precise instructions.
8. In the cases of returning the goods specified in the Rules, the Seller shall return the money paid for the goods to the Buyer within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of returning the goods, by transferring money to the bank account of the payer for the goods, after deducting the specified commission fees and the specified delivery fee from the amount to be refunded to the Buyer.
